How Sanatan Foundation Began
Sanatan Foundation started in 1994, when a small group of volunteers in Surat began organising weekend health camps for mill-worker families.

Two Ways We Get Work Done
Direct Outreach
In neighbourhoods where support is most urgently needed, our own city teams run programmes directly — classrooms, health camps and skilling centres — with a hands-on, everyday presence on the ground.
Community Partnerships
Elsewhere, we work through trusted local schools and community groups already embedded where they operate — providing funding, training and oversight so they can do more of what they already do well.
