Donations made through the bank transfer process on our Donate page are voluntary contributions. Once verified, donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Donors are responsible for accurately entering their details for receipt purposes.
4. User Submissions
Any information you submit through our forms (contact, donation, volunteering) is provided voluntarily and may be used by us as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy of Information
While we try to keep information about our programmes, impact and events accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is free of errors at all times.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
