Empowering adolescent girls and women through skilling, mentorship and community engagement.
Sakhi Kendra creates safe community spaces where adolescent girls and women can build confidence, life skills and financial literacy alongside vocational training. Peer mentors and trained facilitators run regular sessions on health awareness, digital literacy and rights education.
The programme also supports women-led self-help groups, helping members access micro-credit and build small, sustainable enterprises within their own neighbourhoods.
